Put It Down On Paper

On darker days, it can help to write down how you feel and get everything you’re feeling ‘out’. Journaling the inner workings of your head and heart can be just as effective as screaming into a pillow.

You can be as brutally honest as you want without judgment and may even be able to spot some thought patterns that make you spiral. It’s a great way to offload negativity.

But let us make this VERY clear. You don’t have to share what you write with anyone. Just because our founder Lozza got gobby about her experience on the interwebs doesn’t mean you need to lay yourself bare. This is your business and it’s up to you how you mind it. When you’re done, you can keep the notes, chuck ‘em out, or burn them in a cleansing fire ritual. Whatever works for ya.
