Prepare For Change

It’s easier said than done. Just know change will come. They call it the ‘New Normal’ aka your life as you knew it being sent into a tailspin.

It might happen slow or fast, be physical or emotional, but brace yourself for some altogether new stuff.

Take all the time you need to process these changes and try not to waste energy on fighting against them.

Yes, pretending they’re not happening is a lot easier than acceptance, but no matter what happens, you’re still always going to be you. When it comes to your body and mind, be nothing but kind.
