HOW TO RETURN MY GOODS?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with “Refund / Exchange Request” in the subject line.
Provide us with the following information: Name, Order Number, Order Date and state that you require a Refund or Exchange.
Next download and complete the RETURNS FORM, securely package with the item(s) to be returned and post to the following address:

We will not be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest that you send your parcel via a ‘Tracked/Signed For’ service.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
In the event of an Exchange Request we will do our best to swiftly exchange your item(s) stock permitting.
Unless items are proven faulty you will be required to arrange and pay for their registered return to us. We will of course refund the cost of postage if the item returned is demonstrated as faulty.
After three months, we retain the right to refuse the return of faulty goods.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Refunds will be credited via your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. We will do our best to process your Refund / Exchange within 72 hours (working days Monday – Friday).
Please bear with us during treatments and other difficult periods, as this may take slightly longer.
The length of time it takes to credit your account depends on the refund method, so please refer to PayPal’s terms for further information.
WHAT TO DO IF I AM SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM?
From time to time mistakes can happen (sorry – Chemo Brain) but we’ll do our best to sort them out quickly. If you have been sent an incorrect item then please email us at email@example.com with your Name, Order Number and Order Date.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM OUTSIDE THE UK?
If you are returning item(s) from outside the EU please include “Returns Department” in the address and declare the goods as returns to the postal company. Doing this will make sure that your return isn’t delayed at UK customs.
